A popular rap singer Soulja Boy can be called a BTC hodl.
A rap performer, who is 28 already, has gained favor his track “Crank That,” but his new album “Young Draco” has received a new single devoted to the topic of digital coins. It has got a title “Bitcoin” and in this song, the rapper tell his story how he managed to get $1 million of income having invested only $6,000.
“Man, this going crazy the cryptocurrency man,” the beginning of his song is. Then he continues:
“I made 100 racks off of bitcoin (bit)
You can catch me trapping with the bitcoin (bit)
You can catch me running up the bitcoin (yeah)
I spent 6,000 on the bitcoin”
According to Soulja, crypto coins on his account can be used as a payment for his bands. The most comfortable to send transactions is through PayPal and the Cash App.
He also mentioned that he is a holder of litecoins, though the lyrics of the song does not offer any details on this topic.
Soulja is only one of the musicians who tell about references to cryptocoins. Other popular performers are Mims, Snoop Dogg, 3lau and Young Dirty Bastard etc.
One more recent event connected with rap and BTC is a cameo played by the digital currency on the latest album of Eminem called “Kamikaze.”
